Borrowed from Mike and Lori Wilson for January and I to do Mini-Loop Tour.

Mike did a lot of setup adding a "kids crank" which mounts higher up on the seat tube.

I added:

• Schwalbe Marathon Supreme 2x1.6" tires
• Riser stem to get the bars up where I can reach them
• Odometer
• Fenders

A replacement for my stolen Long Haul Trucker. Purchased in April, hit by a car in July. Repaired and reserved for off road riding and touring.

This is a stock Surly Disc Trucker 54 cm, with 26" wheels. The only custom part is the Soma Junebug off-road drop handlebar.

In this picture I'm using a Revelate Designs Harness in the front and my Arkel XM-45 panniers in the rear. 

I rode this bike, in this configuration, from Corvallis to the coast twice in 2014. The first ride in March was mostly on paved roads with just a short section of gravel. The second ride in September was mostly gravel.

My first touring bike, I did my big tour from Ashland to Missoula on this bike. It was stolen in June 2011 from the Valley Library in Corvallis.

Carbon Fiber frame, Ultegra 10 speed. This bike is in the "Plush Road" category. I got more miles on this bike then any other I've owned. Lot's of centuries, the Ridaho tour, and just everyday riding.

My first road bike. Aluminum frame. 8 speed triple with Sora shifters. I added a carbon fork and a larger 30 tooth cog. This bike got me riding centuries, mountains, and more.

This was the second new bike I purchased. My previous bike was a no suspension Specialized Hard Rock. This one at least has a front shock. This bike really got me started on longer and longer rides. Many great trail rides on this bike. Also a serious tour through the Colorado Rockies, Sold May 2014
